Shipping Policy

IGET-Australia ships vape and vapes orders Australia-wide with a clear, reliable process designed for fast dispatch and transparent updates, including all disposable vape and disposable vapes from brands such as IGET, BIMO, and ALIBARBAR.

Processing and dispatch

  • Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Once processed, parcels are handed to Australia Post on the next business day for delivery nationwide.

Shipping options and rates

  • Express postage: flat rate of AUD 20 to all Australian states and territories.

Delivery timeframes begin after handover to Australia Post and can vary by location and network conditions.

Note: External factors such as carrier network disruptions, severe weather, public holidays, or peak periods may extend delivery times. These conditions are outside of IGET-Australia’s control once a shipment is with the carrier.

Order tracking

  • A dispatch confirmation email with a tracking number is sent once the parcel has been shipped.

  • Tracking can be used to follow delivery progress directly through Australia Post.

Out-of-stock handling

If an item in a vape or vapes order is temporarily out of stock, the in-stock items will be dispatched within the normal timeframe to avoid delay, and the remaining disposable vape or disposable vapes item(s) will ship separately at no additional postage cost when available.

Address accuracy

Please ensure the shipping address is complete and accurate (including street, suburb, state, and postcode). Incorrect or incomplete address details may cause delays or misdelivery; additional redelivery fees, if any, may be passed through by the carrier.

Delivery instructions and authority to leave

Where available, delivery instructions (e.g., authority to leave in a safe place) can be submitted during checkout. If authority to leave is granted, the carrier may leave the parcel at the designated location; risk transfers upon delivery scan.

Failed delivery and redelivery

If a delivery attempt fails and the parcel is taken to a collection point, follow the carrier’s instructions for pickup within the stated timeframe. Uncollected parcels returned to IGET-Australia may incur a redelivery fee to resend.

Order changes and cancellations

To modify, correct, or cancel a vape, vapes, disposable vape, or disposable vapes order after checkout, contact support as quickly as possible. Changes may not be possible once the order has entered processing or been dispatched.

Damaged or missing items

Inspect parcels upon receipt. If an order arrives with visible damage or items are missing, contact support within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and contents so a timely investigation can be initiated with the carrier.

Service area

IGET-Australia currently ships within Australia only. Orders for vape, vapes, disposable vape, and disposable vapes placed from outside Australia cannot be fulfilled at this time.
